Shipping Policy

United States Orders:
We use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail to ship to all locations in the United States. Delivery usually takes around 2 to 3 business days.

The average shipping / handling charge for one (1) standard leash sent by Priority Mail is $6.05. Your exact shipping and handling charge is indicated during checkout.

USPS Express Mail (next day service) is also available to most U.S. locations at significantly higher rates.

All arrival times are estimated from the time your order leaves the fullfillment center. We will ship in-stock items within one to two business days of receipt of your order.  Products from Xtreme Pet Products are shipped directly from their distribution center.

International Orders:
We ship to most locations around the world. If you are interested in purchasing our products for international delivery, simply use our Contact Us form to indicate what you want to order and the exact address where you want it shipped. We will e-mail you back with the total price along with instructions on how to place your order online using our secured shopping cart.

Return Policy for Xtreme Pet Products
TacticalK9USA.com is an authorized dealer for Xtreme Pet Products.   All orders for products from Xtreme are shipped directly from the Xtreme Pet Products Distribution Center.  Xtreme Pet Products stand behind their products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order.  They promise to deliver high-quality products, in good condition, to your door.  If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, they will gladly replace it.   Please indicate the reason for your return.

Please send your returns to the Xtreme Pet Products Distribution Center and be sure to include "Attn: Returns" in the address.  Please include the original paperwork and packaging, and send your return within 30 days of receiving your order.  The distribution center address is:
